No vamos a cobrarte nada hasta tu llegada excepto en el caso de estancias medias, tarifas no reembolsables o en ofertas con condiciones especiales.
Una vez finalizada la reserva recibirás un e-mail con la confirmación y con toda la información que puedas necesitar:
At 15:00 your flat will be ready to receive you and before 12:00 on the day of departure you must leave it free for the next day, we know it will be difficult, in our flats you feel like staying to live.
We will be flexible* with check-in and check-out as long as there is availability, so if you want to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to adjust to your schedule.
Here your arrival is totally independent, we will send you an email with access to our Sense app where you can check in online. Once you arrive you can go directly to your flat or talk to our Community Manager for a tour of the complex or if you need anything else.
Once you have filled in all the necessary information, you will receive a card with which you can access your flat.
*This service is an extra charge of 15 € per person.

Of course we do! We love pets. If you stay with us, not only do we welcome you and your pet, but we also have a dog sitter on request.
It is important to know that, although we are pet friendly, we ensure that the space helps maximise the health and well-being of our guests. That is why each owner is responsible for ensuring that their pet is kept quiet and is walked a couple of times or given the necessary attention when hiring our dog sitter service.
Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your account with prior notice.
Our accommodations are fully equipped and really flexible, you can stay with us from a weekend (2 days minimum) to 9 months. You can always extend your stay with prior notice. For stays longer than two weeks, we ask for a deposit. The good news is that if you commit to stay for more than one month and use our services, you will receive a benefit for this deposit.
Of course! The idea is that you have all the services you need so that nothing interrupts your dream stay and the cleaning of the flat is one of the most important and that is why we include it in the price. Change of sheets and towels once a week. If you need an extra change of sheets just let us know the day before.
We want to achieve a space that maximises health and wellbeing and although your flat is considered your own home, we want there to be harmony throughout the complex. That is why we ask you to take into account the usual rules of any community: be careful with noise early in the morning and at night, do not play loud music and avoid parties, your rest is very important and that of your neighbours too. Take care of the flat and the common areas as if it were your own home, if we all do it we will always have perfect facilities ready to enjoy them to the maximum. If you break any of these little rules, we may exercise our right to ask you to leave the flat without prior notice and we would hate to have to do so, as you would lose the payment made and the right to make any kind of claim. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, as well as accidents involving personal injury caused by falls, fires, burns from the oven or hob, etc. (including theft or criminal behaviour).
In case of breakdown or damage, you can contact us through the Sense app, by calling the Community Manager or writing an email to welcome@senseliving.es and we will repair it.
