The Central Luxury Serviced Apartments consists of two luxury buildings in the city of Luxembourg, featuring 115 fully equipped apartments (studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, etc.), offering a wide range of communal areas (Coworking, Game Room, Terrace, Fitness Area, and Wellness Area) and services.

Starting in May 2025, Sense Living Spaces will manage all home services, city experiences, and events through the Sense app, to enhance the guest experience and maximize their health and well-being.

Frequently asked questions

It is quite simple. For the moment, you just need to fill in the form on the website and The Central Luxembourg will contact you to offer you an available flat.

Once your booking is complete you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and all the information you may need:

  • Your booking details.
  • Where we are and how to get there.
  • Access to the building and to your flat.
  • Access to Sense app for online pre-check-in and access to a wide range of home services and experiences in the city.

At 15:00 your flat will be ready to receive you and before 12:00 on the day of departure you must vacate it for the next day.

We will be flexible with check in and check out as long as there is availability, you can always request an Early check in or Late Check out and even an upgrade and we will confirm if it is possible.

Here your arrival is totally independent, we will send you an email with access to our Sense app where you can check in online. Once you arrive you can go directly to your flat or speak to our receptionist to check in, visit the building or for any other questions you may have.

We have taken great care in every detail of the decoration, interior design and, of course, the equipment, so that you feel at home from the very first moment. Here you can see in detail the characteristics of these:

  • Small appliances necessary for everyday life.

  • Bed and bath linens.
  • Bathroom amenities.

Pets are not allowed at The Central at this time. If you have a pet, please let us know in case we can find a solution for your particular case.

Our accommodations are fully equipped and really flexible, you can stay with us from one day to a long stay of months, years. You can always extend your stay with prior notice.

Of course! The idea is that you have all the services you need so that nothing interrupts your dream stay and the cleaning of the flat is one of the most important and that is why we include it in the check in price, and once a week. If you need extra cleaning you can always request it through our Sense app platform.

We want to achieve a space that maximises health and wellbeing and although your flat is considered your own home, we want there to be harmony throughout the complex. That is why we ask you to take into account the usual rules of any community: be careful with the noise early in the morning and at night, your rest is very important and that of your neighbours as well.

Take care of the flat and the common areas as if it were your home, if we all do it we will always have perfect facilities ready to enjoy them to the maximum.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, as well as accidents involving personal injury caused by falls, fires, burns from the oven or hob, etc. (including theft or criminal behaviour).

In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, you can contact us through the Sense app by calling the receptionist at The Central and we will find a solution.
