Depending on the length of stay (short or medium), a deposit may be required.
As in a hotel, payment can be made in different ways depending on the type of stay (pre-payment, at check-out, monthly by direct debit or transfer…).
Any additional service that you want to hire during your stay in a Sense Living space will be paid for through the Sense app or at check-out.
You will also have access to all your detailed invoices, rental contract and any other relevant information.
We love pets. Pets are welcome in most of our spaces, but it depends on the building and location you want to stay in.
In most of our spaces, not only do we welcome you and your pet, but we also have a dog sitter service that you can request at any time.
The spaces have different categories of flats, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for couples and families.
We consider our spaces a luxury home for remote living. Our guests tend to be expatriates, professionals travelling alone or with family, digital nomads and tourists looking to maximise their health and wellbeing.
Our spaces and rental accommodation are really flexible. Depending on where you decide to stay, we offer short, medium or long stays. When booking you can select the stay that best suits your needs.

In addition to wifi, utilities and state-of-the-art home automation, you will be surrounded by a cleaning team, a Community Manager and maintenance that will make your stay a dream come true.
